Video - Does Restorative Justice work?
What does work mean? Different things to differen people so how do you answer the question? it is meaningless. Black/white v debatable issues.
Victim/Offender confrontation, Feeling of freedom for victim, Offender gets off with a lighter sentence, preventing re-offending?, proof that it works? How to Measure? New Zealand, Closure plus redress balance, murder!
The council dilemma over policy decision.

What went well?
My experience was enhanced by the fact that I paid attention to Gill Edwardes when she gave her research presentation in the Skills for a Professional Environment week 2.
The librarian helped me find Bell and also recommended Cohen
