In small groups we discussed good and bad coaches that we have known and experienced.
What was good about Trevor White for instance?
He was encouraging, friendly, never lost his cool.
Realism, tell it how it is - safety. Quality of session, session should be enjoyable, coaches should not have favourites in the squad.
Bad experiences - some had experienced drunkeness.
Talent development, quality of life, encouragement, inspiration
