What Went Well?
100% attendance maintained
I really enjoyed this session
It’s good for basic fitness

What might I do differently?

What did I learn?
SAQ equals Speed, Agility, and Quickness
Noted that SAQ drills can be found on Google
Learned how to use some of the equipment – Ladder, Hurdles, Parachute, Bungee Rope
Learned some basic exercises - High knees, Bum flicks, Lunges with twist, Cross over’s

Ladder – single step, double step, more complex steps
Hurdles – single step, double step, stride out
Parachute
Bungee Rope

I learned that I can use this in my sessions
I learned that there are courses available (ask Laurence Gulley)

With regard to AU clubs – I need 12 signatures

(1) Me, (2) Tom Cooling, (3) Amy Wrightson, (4) Chloe Backshall (Colwyn Bay), (5) Melanie Stevenson (Cardiff), (6) Nicki Cornock (Swansea)

What still puzzles me?
